I attempted to make our first mother's day special by cooking dinner. How wrong can one get with pasta and salad anyway?
The salad was easy enough so i tried to create my own dressing but it ended up tasting like syrup.
And the pasta... well, I thought a little soy sauce would give my crabmeat pasta that
hint of an oriental taste. It ended up tasting like a bad
hokkien mee.
Nonetheless, we had a nice quiet evening by ourselves at home. Kaitlyn even joined as at the dining table, or more accurately
on the dining table.
Mother's day lunch:
Grandma Doris
Grandma Patsy
En & Liana
Being a mother is gift too great to comprehend. Having a mother is a gift too beautiful for words.
