Bali

I've only travelled without Kaitlyn 3 times since she was born. We went to Langkawi when she was about half a year old, London when she was about a year old, and so when she was about 18 months old, we took a short holiday to Bali.

I knew the St Regis in Bali pretty well because I was there in December 2008 for Bee & Bok's wedding. This time, instead of taking my arsenal of equipment with me, I brought just one camera and one lens. Here are some images from that weekend:

shopping at Seminyak

when we went shopping at Seminyak, we only had Kaitlyn on our mind

hotel gardens

hotel spa

Nusa Dua beach

Martha Tilaar Spa

Prana Spa

the lagoon at the back of our villa

great restaurant

entrance to the hotel's Boneka restaurant - the best breakfast spread in the world!

the man behind the awesome breakfast - Oscar Perez

one of the hotel's many knowledgeable butlers

the hotel's main building

I only used one camera and one lens. That's how a holiday should be shot!

  3. Yes of course... Bok and I will be going back there for our anniversary with Caleb (our baby). I did not really explore and enjoy what the place has to offer then. And Bok, he wanted to explore Bali. That time, no time to even tour around the place. - Bee
